Jon Weiss lives and works in the San Francisco Bay area.His work draws from a wide range of influences. Based on classical, graphic and modern illustration techniques. His focus, at present, is murals and screens -- which can be seen in many businesses, restaurants, and private homes throughout San Francisco. Other projects in the past include book illustration, CD cover design, logos and many fine art and graphic commissions. With a strong philosophy of art as decoration and environment -- and the inclusion of music and other art forms as influences -- Jon's work applies to many varied and stylistically diverse situations.
